My husband Ronnie has been going to the Chiefland office for years. Could not be more satisfied with everything Les has done for him. Patricia at the front desk is always friendly and extremely helpful. We recently moved and was referred to the Ft Walton Beach Branch. Because of a trip that was planned they immediately saw him (one of his hearing aids was not working). They repaired the hearing aid and set him up to get it adjusted to him in a very short time. I have had many different interests over the years. Making the decision to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist has changed my life and has remained one of the most rewarding experiences I have had thus far. I go above and beyond my duties to devote as much time to each and every client as possible. I realize that all individuals are different and each of their situations unique. The fitting process can be a difficult transition for some and very easy for others. Each of my patients will receive a thorough test. I try to excel by educating my patients both before and after their testing so that each individual understands the testing procedure. If a patient is experiencing hearing loss, I explain the extent of that loss, potential causes, the type of loss, and how I can help them presently and in the future. I pride myself on the aftercare I provide to my patients. I make it known to each person that I am here for them whenever they need me. Here in the Fort Walton Beach & Crestview offices, patients appreciate the relaxed atmosphere. We want everyone to feel comfortable and have the confidence to know we are here for them every step of the way.
